We stopped at Ruby Tuesdays for dinner on 12/3/15 at about 5 pm. There was no hostess at the door and although it was not busy we had to wait for someone to come and seat us. We were seated at a booth in the bar area where there was one party of 3 already seated in a booth as well and there were no customers at the bar. Our waitress who was also the bartender was friendly enough and made a good margarita however her skills as a waitress left a lot to be desired. She took our orders but had to come to the salad bar where I was getting a salad to ask me what side I had ordered with my meal. When our food finally came to the table my order although luke warm, dried out and tough was least was correct. My mother who had ordered the blacked tilapia with a side the grilled brussel sprouts was brought a sirloin steak and baked potato. That was taken back to the kitchen and when the second plate was finally brought to the table it had the fish and what looked to be the same baked potato that was on the first plate with the steak. As I mentioned she ordered the Blackened tilapia, what she got was by not any stretch of the imagination blackened but in fact was barely warm as were the "grilled" brussel sprouts which again she had to wait for to complete her order, when they finally came they were tougher than shoe leather due to the fact they were obviously rushed and under cooked. We very rarely get to eat "out" due to being on limited fixed incomes and I can't begin to relate to you how extremely disappointing it was to have wasted our money and one night "out" on the food and service at Ruby Tuesdays.
