Order # 24488647872479233. I placed this order today 02/05/2024 at around 3:15 for a 4:30 pickup. My wife got there at 4:30 and had to wait outside for an additional 10 minutes for the order to be brought out. Not only did they not have the order on time, I added a Rewards Chocolate cake with Ice Cream. They included the cake, but forgot the ice cream in the freezer! I had to call and ask what happened to my order. I spoke to the manager on the phone and got no aplogy and no explanation as to why my order was late and why the ice cream was left out. They adised iti was in the freezer and I could come and pick it up. Fortunately, I do not live far away so it wasn't a long return trip for the ice cream. I've ordered several times for pick-up and this was the first and I hope the last time I get this kind of response. Was very disappointed in the service. Jose D. Vieira, [protected]@verizon.net.
Claimed loss: There was no real loss other than the inconvenience of having to make another trip to compete my order. At least an apology and some compensation for my having to make a return triip should have been offerred.

Ordered take out 45 mins in advance. Arrived at scheduled time and had to wait an addition 10 mins for the order to be brought out. Order was incomplete and had to make a return trip to get forgotten items left out of the order.
No explanation and not even an apology!
