On or about 8:45 pm on Friday October 6 2023 me and my wife went to to Restaurant at 7385 Guilford Drive In Frederick MD. Up on arrival we parked in front of the restaurant and I got out of the car, my wife got out of the passenger side and started to the door, the parking bumpers and front of the restaurant was not lighted very well. When my wife got to the parking bumper she stumbled and fell over it, falling on her left side breaking her left shoulder in two places and tearing her rotor cuff and breaking the left knee cap. No one from the restaurant came out to check on us, except for a couple customers that helped me get her up and into the car, to take her to the hospital. We contacted the restaurant the following Monday they said no one had told them about the accident and said we could call the manager the next day. We spoke with the manager the following day, she said she would get ahold of the regional manager to call us, to this day she/he has not contacted us. My wife has been doing therapy for her shoulder but the bone is not healing, so she is looking at a complete shoulder replacement now. We talked to the Restaurant about the lighting, they said they have been out for awhile and they can't get anyone to fix them. To this day all the spot lights are still out and the spot lights under the entrance is out also. As you can see in the pic you can't see the parking bumpers
Desired outcome: Fix lighting so no one else gets hurt. And take care of the bills, the insurance is taking care of them so far?
