I have been a customer of Cost Cutters for 15+ years, until now. I always make appointments 4 weeks out when i leave. I have been using your salon at Cheyenne Meadows in Colorado Springs for years. Not only have there been interruptions, but due managers leaving unexpectedly or being fired. When I was driving b on 3/30/2024 , there was a sign on the door that it was permanently closed. I had a scheduled appointment on 4/4/2024 with Peyton however no one called to tell me the salon was closed. I called the number given on the sign and rescheduled to 4/11 to the salon on Space center drive in Colorado Springs. After all the events preceding, I decided to cancel the appointment on 4/11/2024 I called the Space Center Salon and guess what, they didn't show I have an appointment, AGAIN i am beyond upset with Cost Cutters

Cost Cutters - Lack of service
I showed up for my scheduled appointment but the attending employee (Sarah O'Brien) completely ignored me even though she knew I was there. I waited for over 15 minutes when there were no other customers. All I wanted was a hair cut.
She just kept cleaning in areas that had no purpose for my needs.
In the end, she was disrespectful and told me I had to be patient.
Desired outcome: discipline and re-education
