Yes I open an account in 2017 and after looking back at my records I noticed that there was an extra $700 deposit my account and when I went to investigate further into it I noticed that I may have been attached to another account I would call in and it would word things differently and it would lead me to believe I had another account I had every piece of docu of identifying documentation stolen from me this year my birth certificate my ID my a phone that had a main email address on it and so I've had a lot of unauthorized charges when I went in to inquire about a passcode that I had put on there that I didn't remember the financial wellness lady that helped me Martha was very rude kept acting like like what was I talking about like she had no idea what I was talking about and when I would try to explain it to her she would just act like she couldn't understand me I was getting very upset and I did get upset I asked to work with somebody else that is when the bank manager or the vice President Dan came flying around the corner telling me he's listened to the whole conversation and she was just trying to help me and that I could I had 20 minutes to act right or get out all the while standing over me and shaking his finger at me now I'm not super intelligent but I mean one customer is always right in too deep you don't ever make yourself Superior over your customer especially standing down on them. I stayed sitting I tried to keep, but by then I was way too upset I actually asked for my papers my statement which Martha printed out and I left I then called their online service and she apologized profusely and said she would contact which at the time I didn't know he was the branch manager I didn't understand that concept but she would contact him in and make sure she he knew what I was talking about he did call me the next day and we arranged for me to go in I went in and it was the same vice president man that was very rude to me we sit down he helped me fix my passcode we look at my account and I have questions and he seem to try to be sidestepping me steering me another way disproving me when I had proof right in front of me he went ask him I'm I wanted to dispute the charges that were fraud he asked me oh well did I fill out the paperwork will I have an account that is fraud protected I don't fill out paperwork and it says so in the fine print of their terms and agreements I have not been able to access any of my money I actually I got a letter the other day but of not the fraud paperwork but I've noticed that they were closing my account which I asked them not to because I was going to file the fraud charges online unfortunately I can't get on my online account because apparently I'm not authorized and I have to go back into the main branch which I'm not going to do so instead I'm going to file a formal complaint against them I'm going to hire lawyer and I'm going to sue themafter further looking at my statements and comparing the two and the screenshots that I have on my phone that apparently according to Martha aren't submissible because they're just screenshots they're all different and they're all different accounts and I didn't do any of that I have been frauded out of almost $3, 000 and KeyBank is just trying to silence me and be a bully Dan the vice president is a bully and it's proof of the way he handled me asking to speak to somebody else and kicking me out of the of the bank and then talking about me as I left you can reach me at [protected] I have paper documents of everything.
