The drive-thru employee spilled coffee all over me and my car, disabling the center console controls. At the time of the incident, I reached out to your local representatives, Stephanie Robinson and Jesse Romo, store manager, but as of now, neither has made any attempt to respond. It is disheartening to discover that Starbucks appears not to prioritize its customers or their experiences. On November 4, 2023, I relayed a comprehensive summary to the customer service representative.
My vehicle is already at the dealership in for repair now, so time is of the essence. I have several more videos, and will be sent under separate cover, as they are too large for this transmission. As well, I have a rental car for the next three days while they wait for the part.
Claimed loss: 10.30.2023
Desired outcome: payment for the repair of the vehicle and the rental.
