We just spent $10K on new Palister furniture for Florida Leather Gallery in Clearwater FL that was delivered in Sept of 2019. Almost $1K was for the "Protection Plan". The double recliners were delivered with different cup holders, one set bronse and the other set chrome. We have called the store several times and they can't seem to get us matching cup holders.
Our grandson left us a spot on the single recliner seat. We called the "Protection Plan" and they sent out a tech about 2 weeks later on Oct 7th. He said he was not informed that it was a leather stain issue and he did not have his products for that type of issue in his truck. He took a picture of the stain and reported to the Protection Plan that it was an accumulated stain over a period of time and that the stain was set in.
We called the customer service back on Oct 21 and they said they sent our claim #93184 to upper management and that they would call us back. No one has called us and, if they are worried about a stain setting in, they are waiting a long time to even attempt to remove the stain. We called again today, Nov 5th, a month later and still no resolve or speaking to someone in charge who has the authority to do something about this. We have wasted $1K on this plan. We paid to have this service but have no received anything. We have been too patient with these people and want to be contacted and rectified according to the thousand dollar plan we purchased.
