I want to file a complaint against the pharmacy number listed above. Incredibly long wait times, on hold for over 50 minutes. The pharmacist was extraordinarily rude and demeaning when I asked why they filled a prescription that I did not order. I spent $50 on a prescription that I do not need and I did not order as it has a similar number to Script I actually tried to fill. every time my husband or myself go to this pharmacy we always have a bad experience therefore we are changing pharmacies and we will never shop at CVS again. You have absolutely not enough staff to run an efficient pharmacy with the volumes of people that come through that particular store. Don’t be such a cheap [censored] corporation and hire more staff so that your customers have a better experience. And when there is a mistake made costing the customerMoney you should be willing and able to refund that money.
Desired outcome: I would like to see the pharmacist on this date be replaced with the pharmacist and have the time to discuss issues with the customer. Get more staff
