Public Storage - The storage unit I rented has a roof is leak.

On June 29, 2023, at around 4:45 PM I went to storage unit (B0350) I rent at 911 State Road 7, Plantation Florida. As I entered the storage unit, I heard drops of water. I immediately looked at my packed boxes to assess exactly where the dripping was coming from, when I looked up, I saw a crack in the roof and water was wetting up my boxes of items. I locked the storage unit and proceeded to the rental office to inform the customer service representative. As I informed the staff, whom I later found out was name Joan, she asked if I have insurance. I informed her that I cancel it earlier on, then she became very irate and stated it wasn't her problem because I shouldn't have cancelled it and they can't be held liable for anything because I signed my life away when I signed the contract. I told her that's not exactly correct because I have a right to take legal action if I wish. She responded, "I don't care because that will be your expense". I expressed my concern and ask if she could at least change the unit, she said I should "shut up" because she can't do her job while she is hearing me speak. I told her that's very unprofessional and should never ever speak to me in that manner again because I was not rude to her. Joan shouted from across the desk "get out of my office". Being so confuse as to what I did to deserve this nasty rude behavior, I told Joan I came to also make a payment, but it baffles me as to why she is being so loud and disrespectful. After she saw that her yelling and being aggressive wasn't getting my attention at all, she became calm and asked about the payment. She processed the payment, and I left the office. I have never ever experienced such disrespect when spending my hard-earned money. Previously I had a late payment and Joan send me more than a dozen messages about a Lein being place against my property after only three days pass the late pay date and the late fees was added. Joan should not be the face of Public Storage, she should be terminated or suspended until she learns proper customer service, professionalism and business ethics. I purposely recorded the conversation after being so much in shock. Something needs to be done about Joan ASAP

Desired outcome: I would like to be placed in a different unit, refunded and an apology for the ill treatment.
