My husband and I were traveling thru Ft Pierce, Fl on 5/26, at approximately 1:59pm we ordered a quick bite thru the drive thru. We ordered a fish sandwich and small fry, and a hot and spicy chicken nuggets and another small fry. We proceeded to window and paid for our order $10.79. No drinks were ordered. We had to ask for a receipt because none was offered. We went to next window and was handed a bag containing 20 piece hot and spicy nugget and a hot and spicy chicken sandwich. Wrong order . Notification was made order returned, we were then handed another bag with fish sandwich hot and spicy sandwich and 1 small fry, new server Amanda came over, asked for my receipt and told me I was rude and slammed the window shut. Notification was made again for wrong order. Bag returned, new bag order given and contained Fish sandwich, 6 piece hot and spicy nuggets and 1 fry. I said again order is wrong we paid for fish sandwich, hot spicy nuggets and 2 fries. She claimed we did not order nuggets because the receipt says bundle, we told her we did not order chicken sandwich only nuggets and no one ever asked for number of nuggets. She told us that was what you ordered, I said we did not the cashier probably hit the wrong button when ringing it up. She again stated I was rude, in a nasty and disrespectful way said have a good day, I said give me back my receipt I was going to report her. She said my name is Amamda go ahead and complain. Meanwhile we left with a bad taste in our mouth, and again a incomplete order. Amanda should have to go thru customer training and anger management, or possibly not work in customer services. Thank you
