My wife and I went to ruby Tuesday in Inverness fl yesterday. We were seated at 3:42 after about 10 minutes a server girl came over and informed us that our waitress would be with us shortly as she was just starting her shift. When our waitress took our order for two cheeseburgers and tots they were out of tots so we tried for onion rings they were out. The restaurant was running a special on burgers before 4pm were 5.99 and my wife had her free burger coupon for har birthday. When the bill came they had charged us full price for one burger and the other was free. I told her that the burger was on sale for 5.99. She informed us that it was 4pm when we ordered So we explained that we were there well before 4. She walked off and said that she didn't understand then a manager came over and informed us of the time, again we explained the time and then he called me a liar and said no one has been setting for 15 plus minutes waiting so I retrieved the girl that had informed us that our girl would be with us shortly. So that proved him wrong so he changed to we could not combine coupons. We informed him we had one coupon for the free burger and the other was free as a birthday gift. He still argued so another mngr came in and we had to go thru the whole thing again Then he finally wrote the check for the 5.99 price. By the time we got home we were so mad about the whole ordeal. We just could not believe they would treat customers so badly.
