I am complaining about a rude employee of your store named Leah, she was very rude and disrespectful to my sister. My sister has filed a complaint, however since I am the one that was receiving the services, I want to also complain. We visited your store located at 790 Skymarks Drive #107, Jacksonville, Fl., on November 16, 2019, I did my eye exam and I purchased two pair of glasses, once I finished the paper work, I asked the sales manager Jason Weeks, if I could step outside and smoke a cigarette, he stated "that's fine I just need to add your information in the system. My sister was still in the store looking at frames for herself to purchase. I stepped back in the store to ask a question and your sales associate Leah, said to Jason "is there a problem? He stated no and went on to continue uploading the information, I went back outside to continue smoking and I had another question, therefore I stepped back into the store and she stated again very loudly"Is there a problem?, my sister asked her why do you keep asking that question? and she stated because he keeps coming back and forth through the door. I asked her is that a problem? she stated " yes and I have a college degree". I don't know why she said she had a college degree, as if she was assuming me and my sister didn't, needless to say we both do, however that had nothing to do with opening and closing a door. My sister got so upset she cancelled the order, however Mr. Weeks and the optometrist, Ronald (I can't remember if this name is correct), was very apologetic and they gave me a discount, that is the only reason why I completed the sale. I have never been treated in such disrespect by an employee, and to add to the fact that she assumes that she is the only one with a college education is ridiculous. When I come to pick up my glasses, I will not return to this store again for anything. There are several optical centers in this area that we could have went to, however we wanted to visit your store because the eye exam and frames are reasonable. You would think that she would treat people with respect instead of being rude and ignorant due to the surrounding competition in that area.

I visited this store on Saturday, November 11, 2019 with my brother, who was coming in for an eye exam and glasses. He finished his eye exam and he proceeded to go and pick out his frames with the sales manager, Jason Weeks, who was very helpful and professional. He picked out his frames and he completed the paperwork, he asked Mr. Weeks if he could step outside and smoke a cigarette. Mr. Weeks stated yes, because he was finished with his paperwork and he just has to put it in the system. My brother proceeded outside, however after a few minutes he came back to ask a question, he then proceeded back outside, but he came back in again to ask another question, there was employee by the name of Leah, who said very loudly, every time he came in the store "IS THERE A PROBLEM!", I thought she was speaking to Mr. Weeks, however after the second time, I perceived to understand that she was speaking to me. I asked her "why do you keep asking him is there a problem?" She stated "because he keeps opening the door" I asked her is that a problem? Her exact words to me was "yes and at least I have a college education". I have no idea where that statement came from and I became very upset. I proceeded to cancel the entire order, however Mr. Weeks and another guy the Optician, Mr. Roland (I don't know if this name is correct), calmed me down and I proceeded with my order, however I was very disappointed and upset that a employee would act this way and for whatever reason she chose to assume that I did not have a college education, which I do, however that had nothing to do with opening and closing of a door. Everyone in my family wears glasses and we usually go to another establishment for our eye exams and frames, however I wanted to try this store, because the eye exam and eyeglass frames are reasonable, however I will not come back to this store, neither will anyone of my family members and coworkers became of this one rude and ignorant employee, Leah.
