Home depot's customer service is terrible. I went to home depot store #6324 in south florida ave in lakeland fl this month to ask for help regarding 3 major appliances. Bob from the appliance department said I should not do this in the store but need to go online and choose there and order there. That was rude. But I did what he said and ordered online worth almost $7000 in those 3 appliances including installation. Two weeks later, on delivery day, the delivery people said I need to hire a plumber to install my dishwasher because my water valve is too tight. He also wants me to hire an electrician to install the microwave-oven combo. He can only install the refrigerator. Needless to say, I told them to take all the appliances with them and went to the store to ask for help. The manager in appliance department carl told me he cannot do anything because that's their contracted delivery company. He admitted that it happened before. Needless to say, they don't want my business so I canceled the whole order. I asked for the store manager but he said he was busy and will call me back. Two days later. Still no call back. I will never go to home depot anymore.
