I ordered the right gate and paid for it. They delivered the wrong gate. They will not refund my money until they schedule someone to come and pick up the wrong gate. So meanwhile I have this 16 foot 400 pound box blocking my drive while I try to get them to schedule to pick it up. I cannot buy another gate until they refund my money! This should have been taken care of by customer service sending out a new gate and somebody picking up the wrong delivery at the same time. They’re telling me it’ll be a month or more before they could pick up the gate they delivered in error and then start my refund! Meanwhile theu customer service guy triggered my fraud alert on my debit card by trying to process a second purchase of the right gate. So the reality is you are holding my $2039.59 to secure your interest in the useless gate blocking my driveway while Home Depot rakes in record profits and I can’t afford to buy a new security gate! I’m left waiting until you refund my money or Im forced to take action before I can start over trying to get a security gate from another seller..
Claimed loss: $2039.59 you hold as security for a gate. Time off to b home for someone picking up wrong gate. Then delay on processing my refund. Then delay u til my next day off to purchase a gate from a different seller.
