We had ordered thanksgiving dinner a little over a week in advance I got to the coral way location in Coral Gables Florida I got there about 1 hour before my set pick up time me and my kids had to stand in line for 4 hours my kids left crying I was facing no food for thanksgiving and at that point everything was already closed we did not even get a apology the customers that were before us had also said they had been waiting for a couple of hours and the truck was closed the restaurant had no food left this is so disappointing but worst thing was they did not give refund I am still waiting so no refund no food no apology horrible while the ceo and executives had a beautiful thanksgiving dinner with their families i'm sure
