I have been a CVS customer for 20 years or more. I was visiting your store on average 2 times per week. I have recently started to purchase my prescriptions from CVS as well. Through 11/1/2020 I received e-mails from
CVS on a daily basis.
On 11/1/2020 I visited your store. I went to the register with an approximate $55.00 purchase. I had in hand $11.00 of extra bucks rewards that I had printed on my computer. I also had sent approximately $10.00 worth of extra bucks coupons to CVS from my computer.
Unfortunately, when I got to the register, I was advised my phone number, e-mail address, and account number that ended in 8055 did not exist in your system.
I was also a (I believe it is called a Care Pass customer).
I contacted a CVS customer representative this morning to discuss this problem. She gave me the same answer "sorry you don't have an account".
