Went to store number 9571. First of bought a battery under 3 years ago and their entire nationwide system has no record of it. I think the company is a scam... Have bought a lot of things over the years even in the discount auto years and am an "elite status" client whatever that means. Your customer service absolutely sucks. Sticker on the side of battery says it is still under warranty, but since he didn't have record or proper documentation he wasn't going to honor it. I would rather break down on the side of the road and walk 20 miles before I step foot in one of your [censored]hole stores again. You lost a customer for life! But you guys don't care nor will you even read this'
