Hi, I was at your park on Saturday and around 6pm, I had an issue with one of your game's attendants at SPRINGFIELD USA. His name is Brian, I believe. He was on his phone at one point and uncomfortable flirting with me and my child. I did not feel comfortable at all. I will not be returning to Universal Studios because I do not condone my own employees for this type of conduct.
Universal Studios - Delayed rides over the majority of the day.
My husband, son and 2 grandchildren were at Universal Studios from Friday through Sunday. After all the money that was spent just on tickets was over $1400.00 and that is for just regular tickets. I was very disappointed upon arrival of 2 of those days that over 4 rides were delayed forever which made all the other rides have longer lines. I truly asked for some of my money back. For both days we only rode 4 rides which was over 1 and a half hour lines. Just seems like a lot of money for that kind of service. It didn't bother me spending the money, it bothered me that my grandchildren couldn't ride what they wanted because of delay, after delay after delay. Is there anything that can be refunded to me at all for the lack of rides at that park?

Universal Studios - Workers
My boyfriend, a few friends of ours, and I went to universal studios to spend the day on october 22nd, 2020. While getting security cleared for the incredible hulk roller coaster, one of the staff members asked him to show her his belt, like lift up his shirt to her. Normally I wouldn't care because of security measures, but she didn't do it to anyone else, and people pointed that out to him. I really feel like that's extremely creepy and inappropriate. Not demanding justice or a refund, just keeping this place aware that some staff feel like they can get away with everything.
Universal Studios - Misleading advertising
Be aware! Of the express pass scam!
In an attempt to beat the long lines at both universal studios and islands of adventure we purhased the express pass from a park employee at a kiosk. At the totally inflated price of 51.00 dollars each we got ripped off! The sales person neglected to inform us that we could only use the pass once on each ride. At that price one should be able to enter each ride as many times as you wish duringh the day. The after returning to the kiosk I saw a disclaimer on the sign that was nearly unreadable, it was so small. I also went back another person and asked to buy more tickets to see if they mentioned the restrictions, "not a word"be aware! Ask questions because they wont tell you - and there are no refunds after they scam you.
I think it's all part of a certain Mr Louis Gibson's plan to take over the world...
