We have had multiple issues with the CVS pharmacy on Tulip blvd and Port St Lucie blvd in Port St Lucie, Florida. Went to pick up a script that they said was ready and when I got there, they said it wasn't. Went back several times over the course of several days about the same prescription and they said they forgot to fill it and would finally fill it. This is a medication my child has been on for 8yrs and he canNOT skip a dose. Well because of CVS pharmacy, he missed 5 days! Then today 2/1/2023 his Dr called in several prescriptions for a highly contagious virus he has and they failed to fill several prescriptions called in hours prior. When I went to the pharmacy in person I was told that only one was available and the rest would be ready in an hour. I never got any text alerts letting me know that the prescriptions were ready so I called the pharmacy and was placed on hold. I was left on hold until the pharmacy closed at 9:00 p.m. now my child is going to have to go without several of the prescriptions that were called in until tomorrow evening when I get off of work because that is the only time I'm going to have to go pick up the prescription again.
Desired outcome: Help please..God forbid it ever be a life threatening script that they forget to refill. He already has enough health issues going on I don't need to add any more on top of it.
CVS - Pharmacy
Complaint is for patient Mark Sciulli DOB 10/21/1960
Medication Amlodipine Besylate 10 MG (90 days)
last filled 10/18/2021 which means another refill due on 1/18/2022.
On Thursday 1/20/2022 we went on line and selected this medication to be filled (1 refill was left).
On Monday, 1/24/2022 we have not heard anything from the pharmacy that the prescription is ready for pick up. On 1/24/2022 we called in and provided the RX number the response we received from the pharmacy is that the prescription would be ready for pick up on 1/23/2022, the recorded message also said that the prescription would be ready to be picked up on 1/24. On 1/24 at 6:00pm we called, on hold for 45 mins, once the pharmacist answer the call he mentioned that there were no more refills. What is going on at this pharmacy, worst customer service I have ever encountered. Now, we do not have any cholesterol medication because of the poor service that this CVS provides, and the pharmacist says there is no more refills, how can CVS hire people that don't care
