July 19, 2022, Pharmacist was argumentative and rude. Was simply trying to find out why he could not fill a prescription (left 3 days prior and no call as to status), for my dog's eye. He said he need a code from the Vet to process it but the Vet told them that is for human and not for animal prescription. I had the same prescription filled 3 times prior at same CVS. He started raising his voice that he called the Vet's office and left me a voice message that without code he could not fill it. I asked to speak to the Pharmacy Manager and he said he was it and he was done dealing with me. Now my dog is out of medicine and I have to travel to Vet office tomorrow to get them to fill it. Thanks for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CVS. PHARMACIST.
Desired outcome: Explain to new Pharmacist that he should have pull ed ne the loyal customer aside when the issue started to escalating rather than have the matter blow up.
