I visited this CVS on headland drive Janurary 18, 2022 between 8:45pm and 9:20pm. The front cashier was an elderly lady. I believe her name is Veronica. Ms. Veronica was very rude and was on her cell phone talking when I came up to be checked out. She told me to go to self check out.
For my second transaction I gave her my phone number at the time of purchase, but instead she put her own information in the system so that she could "steal" my CVS EXTRA Bucks Rewards points.
I requested for the manager and an female with braids came up. She was very rude also and no help.
Desired outcome: The two women need to be fired or disiplined. There are other people out here who really need jobs.
CVS - Covid 19 testing
Good Evening,
My name is Vershonda Mathews and I am emailing because I have a serious complaint; I took my son to the CVS by our house to get tested because there was a case at his school where is was in contact with someone that tested positive and normally I would have taken him to his doctor but my car is not operable at the moment. His appointment was at 4:20 pm on 09/29/21 at the 3030 Headland Drive / Atlanta, Georgia 30331. We waited for at least 25 minutes before even reaching the window, once we got to the window the young asked if we were picking up a prescription and I told her no that we were there for testing, she then asked me for the conference code which was 9621871, she never asked for my driver's license number or asked for the insurance card, she never even explained how to do the test, she literally gave me the bag and told me when I was done swabbing my son to break the tip and put it in the tube, she was not there to make sure I was doing it correctly and why it was taking so long because I was hurting my son. I blew the horn and asked her, how do I know if I did it correctly and she stated as long as I got it in the nose the test would be fine and if something was done incorrectly I would get a call or text or something. I'm thankful that you offer testing but if this is the way it's getting done I strongly advise the company finds another way. My son test came back negative but honestly I'm not confident and now have to take him to his doctor which is going to cost me money because we will have to Uber. I'm truly disappointed because I am an ex - employee of Walgreens and they do testing differently. My son has Asthma and his health is something I can not take lightly. Please advise on this concern, my information is [protected]@gmail.com and my phone number is [protected].
Thank You,
Vershonda Mathews
Desired outcome: Something
