Good evening, I feel like I need to set down and write and tell you about your whole store operations today at your Conyers Store number 686, and store 1012 employee Hunter came to the rescue from that store. but first, let me tell you about the front lady at the Conyers store named Linda. She needs o be the area district manager that lady today was the lifesaver of the day. I check in after I had already made a reservation online to bring my car I at about 4:45 she did the work order and place it outside the door with keys in it and told the guys here is a work order. So I waited and waited and my car was not moved out of the parking lot so around 600 I went up and ask her how much longer she let me check well to everyone surprised every one of the workers in the shop had gone home without checking with anyone. And left the work area turned upside down all the bay doors wide open and crap left out everywhere and didn't tell a soul they were leaving and left a person that had a 45 min drive home with a tire that is losing air. Now I am not sure but I have worked in sales and in retail for 20 years and if a person left me hanging they were not allowed back in the store. and from talking and looking around not only this store but across the broad. and from reading the complaints. I think you all grew too fast to keep up with all the stores you bought out. but again this starts from upper management not making customer service numbers. and the rating of an F from the BBB. is not good. cause at the top doesn't care about their business Oh one more thing I try to call the customer service line 5 times and got no on the line. get rid of the dead weight and get new people or you will be out of business fast. feel free to reach me by email [protected]@jeromejsmith.com or [protected] thanks jerome smith
