On 3/1/22, I called Mavis for an estimate on brake pads for all 4 tires. I was estimated at $111/axel. On 3/2/22, I arrived at. Mavis on 425 Dekalb industrial way Decatur GA 30030, at 3:50pm. I was estimated at $114/axel but decided to have the work done anyway.. I sat patiently until my vehicle was pulled in about 5:40pm. Approximately 6:10, I was approached an told I would need calibers in the front. I know for sure 100% that I don't, so I requested pads only. I was informed the pads would not be warranted without the calipers. I acknowledged and okayed the brake pads.. The gentleman went back to the back and returned about 5 minutes later informing me they would not be able to do any work on my vehicle as all the auto parts stores were closed and they only had one mechanic on duty. I sat for over 2 hours and received NO service. I left at approximately 6:22pm very upset and irritated. I believe because it was already after 6pm (closing time), they chose not to start my vehicle.

Visited 4/3, made an appointment for 10am it did not make any sense to make an appointment. I left Mavis 425 Dekalb Industrial Way, Decatur, Georgia at 1:30pm, now that is ridiculous with an appointment for 10:30am. I believe the general manager was working, no introduction was made. I repeated what the general manager said that my repair would be free because of a fourth visit to Mavis for a simple tire replacement. Manager answered this tele# [protected] & [protected].
Next items, the uncleaned restroom did not have toilet paper inside the restroom very, very uncleaned.
I am so happy that there are others who very good with customer service.
Desired outcome: Repair a simple nail in tire in the wrong place with a new tire

Mavis tires sold me a tire warranty and I (Eloise Fleming) I went back to Mavis for a tire repair (Mavis said the nail could not be taken out via repair) about 4 months ago, another visit 1 week ago, - was told to come back the next week on the Wednesday-I arrived and was told no tire was at Mavis, only explanation was the truck comes twice a week, come back next week, well I did, I was not aware that Mavis accept appointments, I would have made one. I walked in asked the guy to take a look at a tire that I had purchased that was under warranty, I was the only person in the line and later another lady walked in and she was waited on and left before me, I had to ask what was the problem with my vehicle, I got attitude from the person at the desk and attitude from the person who brought my car up front. Talk about "no customer' service Mavis invented it. After this last event I called Mavis and left a message for the General Manager, he returned call, but does it really take this to just get"waited on" at Mavis. I do plan to purchase tires in the future but it will not be from Mavis
Desired outcome: The manager said that to compensate me by letting me have the tire on the company, this is not the outcome I was looking for, all I wanted was my tire repair and remember I purchased the warranty.
