Had a flat tire and put the spare on... Got home and made an apt to get new tires installed the next day at noon last Thursday, 4/8/2021.
Checked in... They said about an hour and a half. I decided to stay and wait. Three and a half hours later they pulled the car inside. Thirty minutes later, it was done. Happy to get out of there, I signed the paper work, paid my bill and left.
On the way home, TPMS gave an over-pressure alarm indicating 54 psi in the front passenger tire. I stopped to let out some AIR. TPMS indicated no change. Turns TPMS was not retrained and the high pressure tire was actually driver-side rear.
Called the store to complain. Someone answered and immediately hung up. Called back several times... Same result. I called the customer service number on my invoice. A nice lady listened and apologized and said she would make sure the Regional Manager would call me on Friday.
Opened my trunk to put the jack back in place... And realized they never returned my spare. Nobody answering the phone.
Nobody called me on Friday. Saturday, called the shop. Someone finally answered and told me to come get my spare on Sunday.
Picked up my spare on Sunday. The guy at the counter said no manager on duty at that time. Asked to see my invoice, and we realized my invoice was made out in somebody else's name. My name is nowhere on the invoice. The service details are correct but my name, phone, etc is not mine.
Terrible experience!
Footnote: Called corporate customer service again on Monday. They said nobody to talk to above the regional manager. Nobody at a higher level interfaces with customers. Nobody interested in hearing a complaint.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund of the TPMS service package... plus something for my trouble and frustration.
