I did a brake service on my Toyota Tacoma 2015 on 09/2019 and after about three months I started to get vibration on my steering wheel which was really bad. I went to the store after maybe four months and they said it was the rotors which needed to be turned and they said they turned the rotors. After a couple of months I started having the same issues and took the truck again and then they said they need to turn the rotors again but it can not be turned much which they still did, then the manager came and said it was not the rotors but it was balancing and after about a month or so again the brakes started squeaking and when I took the truck to them, they told me that they need to change the rotors and the pads and do a complete brake job and I had to pay for everything. I called customer service and they said they will send me to another store. I went to another store and they told me the rotors are bad and needed to be changed but I had to pay for the labor. This NTB is nothing but fraud and I will never go to this place ever again I would love to get my refund. I would never recommend anyone to go to them for any type of service.

I dropped my vehicle off to NTB on Tuesday July 7th to have four tires put on, an oil change, A/C diag, and a starting problem diagnosed. It has now been a week that I have been without a vehicle and depending on my son to take to and from work. The only time the store contacted me was on Thursday the 9th to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle and how much it was going to cost. I was told during that conversation my vehicle wold be ready friday the 10th. I was also told during that conversation that the fuel pump and A/C repair would be 15 hours of labor. Here we are one week later I still do not have my vehicle back and will have to get a rental car if it takes to much longer. The updates I have gotten about my vehicle is when I have initiated contact with the store, other than that I have been left in the dark. I undestand the A/C repair was quite a daunting task but at the same time it is costing $2800 to have my vehcile repaired at one of your facilities, the cost of the rental car, and not to mention the plans I had to cancel this past weekend. I respectfully request that the labor be removed/refunded from my bill to make up for the gas, time, inconvenience, and possibly a rental car . Thank you for your time.
