Tonight, 16 June, I called in an order for 3 burgers and I wanted curbside pickup because I have a torn meniscus in my knee. I was told they would be ready at 7:05. When I arrived at 7:02, I called and told them I was there and parked in space #2. I was told they would be right out.
At almost 7:25, I called again and a person came out to get my money and paid him $49.05 in cash. He came back out and brought food. However, when I looked there were only 2 burgers and everything was cold and not fit to eat.
I took it back inside to complain. I was told a manager would be up to see me. He came up and I explained the situation and he brought me a receipt that I had a $0 balance. He said they put it back on my credit card. I told him I paid in cash so how did they put it back on my card. He then went back and brought me the cash. I asked him what the problem was and he said he didn't have time to evaluate it and decided it would be easier to just give me my money back.
So after wasting almost an hour and a half, I left with no food.
I am totally disgusted with this service and will never go back to this restaurant.
