We Visited your restaurant in Fort Worth Hulen Mall this week and just wanted to tell you how well we were treated by your staff and your Manager Christopher Frank. We came in behind other folks and seated ourselves. We did not have any one contact us and finally decided that we made a mistake by seating ourselves.. Then Mr Frank walks by and asked if we needed anything ...we asked for menus and he was upset .thinking his staff had treated us poorly...He got us menus and drinks and continued to apoligize ...What a nice young man you have in charge in that store and we thank you for a nice experience...
After reading some of following complaints ...PERHAPS Red Robin needs to put CHRISTOPHER FRANK in charge of training managers for Red Robin...but then he is a TEXAN and that explains a lot...THANKS AGAIN LOL LOL
