Red Robin Inconsiderate organization

I was refused getting to use my free burger with purchase due to company rules that force people to interact with people who could carry sickness and get someone sick, also the service is horrible and can't see wanting to sit for 45 min to get my burger that should only take 10-15 min to cook and prep and be out to me and tip someone who ignores me and force to dine in with all the issue I stated

Red Robin Free reward

I went to get my free burger that I"ve earned, the girls saw it she said you good to go, walking out the door the manager yells at me to come back he said I have to pay he doesn't see the reward he was giving me a hard time so I gave my card, came home the reward still there in my acct. I was aggravated! customer is always right! I want to be compensated I want a refund!

Red Robin Disappointing Service at Red Robin: Ignored by Five Employees

Man, let me tell you, my experience at Red Robin was not great. I mean, I walked in and was completely ignored by not one, not two, but FIVE employees! Can you believe that? No "hello," no "how can I help you," nothing. I was just standing there like a lost puppy waiting to be seated. And when I finally did get someone's attention, they treated me like I was just there to pick up a delivery order. I mean, come on, I'm a paying customer, show me some respect!

I've been to this place before and had a great time, but this time was a total letdown. Some of the staff did have smiles on their faces, which was nice, but that doesn't excuse the fact that I was completely ignored for what felt like an eternity. I get that waitressing is a tough job, but at least acknowledge the people who are coming in and let them know you'll be with them shortly.

Anyway, enough of my rant. I came to Red Robin because I was craving something delicious, and I'm hoping that the service from here on out will be better. On a positive note, they do have Coke Zero Sugar, which is a huge plus for me. So, if you're looking for a tasty meal and don't mind potentially being ignored for a bit, give Red Robin a try.

Red Robin Disappointing Birthday Dinner at Red Robin: Terrible Service and Incorrectly Cooked Food

I went to Red Robin last Saturday, June 12th, to celebrate my birthday and try their famous birthday burger. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience. When we walked in, no one greeted us, and we had to find our own seat. After we sat down, we waited for 10 minutes before a waiter finally came over to take our order. The food and drinks came out quickly, but we didn't receive any silverware. We had to flag someone down and wait for another 15 minutes to get our silverware.

To make matters worse, the food was cooked incorrectly, and it took another 15 to 20 minutes to get our waiter's attention. Our drinks were never refilled, and it took 10 more minutes for my correct order to come out. It was a disappointing birthday dinner, and I spoke to the manager about it. She did take care of the bill, but she couldn't fix the rotten experience we had.

Red Robin, you really let me down. Your service was terrible, and the food wasn't even cooked correctly. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

Red Robin Disappointing Experience at Red Robin: Forgotten Order and Cultural Insensitivity

I recently visited the Red Robin restaurant in Secaucus and it was around 3:00pm when we arrived. Unfortunately, our experience was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The waiter forgot to place our order and after waiting for 45 minutes, she finally came to us to tell us that our order was not processed. She asked if we wanted to wait another 20 minutes. We were disappointed that she forgot our order, especially since the restaurant was empty and she did not forget to place the order for the table next to us. To make matters worse, when she came to apologize, her first question was, "Are you Spanish speaking?" We felt alienated by her question and it was not appropriate. In today's time, there is so much training on how to be culturally sensitive to others and this should not be happening in such a prestigious franchise like Red Robin.

Despite this uncomfortable incident, I still gave the waiter a tip. I hope that Red Robin will take this feedback seriously and ensure that all of their employees are trained to be culturally sensitive and provide excellent customer service. I have always enjoyed dining at Red Robin and I hope that my next experience will be better.

Red Robin Red Robin's Coupon System Needs Improvement: Frustrating Experience Trying to Redeem Birthday Coupon

So, I got this birthday coupon from Red Robin and I was pretty excited to use it. But, when I tried to sign in to print the coupon or even view it, I just couldn't get in. I tried to reset my password, but I haven't received any reset link yet. I have tried several times, but it seems like there's no way to get it done. I even tried to find a phone number to call Red Robin, but I couldn't find any. It's really frustrating, you know.

I was really looking forward to having a nice meal at Red Robin tonight, but it seems like that's not going to happen. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Every time I try to log in, there's always some kind of problem. They never send me a link to reset my password. Not this time nor the last. I checked my spam folder and the trash folder, but there's nothing there.

I mean, I didn't have any problem receiving the birthday coupon. It's just that I can't redeem it. It's really disappointing. I wish Red Robin would make it easier for their customers to get in touch with them. I mean, it's not like we're asking for too much, right? All we want is to be able to use the coupons that they send us.

Anyway, I guess I'll have to find another place to eat tonight. It's a shame, really. I was really looking forward to having a nice meal at Red Robin. But, I guess it's not meant to be. Thank you, Red Robin, for ruining my birthday dinner.

Red Robin Disappointing Experience at Red Robin: Soggy Fries, Poor Quality Food, and High Prices

So, me and my girl decided to try out Red Robin for our anniversary. I had a gift card and was excited to try out their food. We didn't know that we could order online, but we were happy to see that there were so many options to customize our orders. However, we were disappointed with the food we received.

Firstly, our fries were supposed to be crispy, but they were soggy. I even selected the "crispy" button. The garlic and cheese were barely there, and we only got around 10 fries each. It was a letdown. My burger looked like it had been thrown in there and left to sit for a minute. I also selected the "brioche bun" option, but I got a regular bun instead. It was not what I was expecting.

The prices were also a bit too high for just a sandwich and burger. We were expecting better quality for the price we paid. We were very disappointed with our experience and will not be going back there. We suggest not getting takeout from there.

Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience at Red Robin. We were hoping for better quality food and service. It was our first time trying it out, but it will be our last. We hope they can improve their food and service in the future.

Red Robin Disappointing Experience at Red Robin in Columbia SC: Lack of Staffing and Management

Me and my friend went to Red Robins on Forum Dr in Columbia SC on Sun Feb 11th. We were excited to try out their food and have a good time. However, our experience was far from good. We arrived around 1:30 pm and were told that tables were being cleared and we would be seated shortly. We saw around 10-12 empty tables but they weren't seating anyone at them. The hostess told us that they didn't have enough waiters to work them. We saw small and large parties leave but they didn't seat anyone that was waiting for quite some time. After waiting for 35 minutes, we were finally seated.

As we walked towards the back of the restaurant, we noticed an additional 8 empty tables. They began seating people in all the empty seats shortly after we were seated. We were happy to finally be seated and ready to order. However, we waited and waited and then we watched a table that had arrived 25 minutes after us and with 4 people in their party get their food. We were surprised and stopped the manager to ask how it was possible that they had gotten their food but we hadn't. Unfortunately, he couldn't offer an explanation.

We were disappointed and frustrated with the lack of management, professionalism, and staffing. We decided to leave without being served. In all, we were there for an hour and a half and never received any service. We felt like our time was wasted and we wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's a shame because we were excited to try out their food but the experience left a bad taste in our mouths.

Red Robin Rude and Inflexible Assistant Manager Ruins Red Robin Experience for Regulars

Me and my buddies, all 20 of us, have been chowing down at Red Robin for more than 4 years now. But dang, this ain't the first time we've had some trouble with this one Assistant Manager. Last time, another Assistant Manager had to step in and fix things up. But this time, we just wanted to sit in a different spot 'cause it was too hot where we were. And this lady comes over and starts giving us a hard time, saying we can't take up 3 tables in the spot we wanted. And then she starts accusing us of stuff we didn't even do! We usually take up 5 tables, but this time we just wanted to move a little. I ain't gonna go into all the details, but let's just say she was super rude and inflexible. She treated us like we were dirt, and we didn't appreciate it one bit. She even told us to leave! So we did. Her management skills are seriously lacking, and someone higher up needs to take care of it. We've always been good customers, and we've always tipped well 'cause we know we're a big group. But this last visit might be the end of our Red Robin lunches. This Assistant Manager needs to learn that when you're dealing with the public, you gotta be flexible and treat people with respect.

Red Robin Disappointing Service at Red Robin: A Review

So, I called in my order at 6:20 and was told that my food would be ready by 6:40. I got to the restaurant at 6:35 and walked in to wait for someone to help me. I waited for five minutes before someone finally came over to me. I gave them my name and waited another five minutes for the waitress to go to the back and check on my food.

After waiting for what felt like forever, the waitress finally came back to seat a group that had just walked in. I waited another 15 minutes before the lady finally brought my food over to me. She was very rude and didn't seem to care about how she was acting towards me.

When she brought my food over, she told me that I hadn't paid yet and that I needed to go over to the payment counter. I was a bit taken aback by her attitude, but I went over to pay for my meal. I asked her about adding my rewards so that I could use the 50% off for Father's Day that was on my account. She said that she could do it since I was the one who called in the order.

She played around with the computer for a few minutes before telling me that she needed to go ask her manager about the rewards. When she came back, she had a bit of a smart alec tone and said that her manager was too busy to help me at the moment. She said that there were too many people in the waiting area and that it wasn't feasible for her to wait any longer.

I knew that I couldn't wait any longer either, as my food was already getting cold. So, I went ahead and paid for my meal without getting my rewards added. I understand that there is a lack of help right now with everything going on in the world, but this woman was just walking around frantically and didn't seem to care about anyone or anything.

On top of all of this, I had a large order and had no idea how to add my ticket to earn rewards. I really wanted to get my points, but it just seemed like too much of a hassle at that point.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at Red Robin. The food was good, but the service was lacking. I hope that they can improve in the future and provide better customer service to their patrons.

Red Robin Red Robin Review: Delicious Burgers, Endless Fries, and Tasty Cocktails with Great Service

I was craving a delicious burger and decided to check out Red Robin on their website, redrobin.com. While browsing through their menu, I stumbled upon the Royal Burger, which comes with bacon and egg. I also remembered that they had some pretty tasty cocktails.

It had been a while since my family and I had visited Red Robin. When my kids were younger, we used to come here all the time because of their never-ending fries. With five active kids, having endless fries was a lifesaver.

When we arrived, there weren't many people in the restaurant, so we were seated right away. Our server, Nicole, greeted us and took my drink order immediately. I asked for a Cadillac margarita, but they had a similar top-shelf margarita with Cointreau on the menu. I told her that was good enough, and she offered to substitute Grand Marnier for the Cointreau. One thing I noticed that had changed over the years was that not only were the fries endless, but you could also have endless broccoli or salad with your gourmet burger. I opted for the endless Garlic Parmesan cheese fries for an additional charge of $1.60.

Here's what we ordered:

- 2x Royal Burger with bacon and egg
- Guacamole Bacon Burger
- Boneless Chicken Wings BBQ

Our food arrived quickly, and everyone was quite pleased with their meals. I immediately asked for refills on the fries because I knew they had to cook them up fresh.

Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took great care of us and even offered some recommendations. I think she may have been the bartender as well. I took a picture of her, and I believe her name was Nicole. It was a pleasure to have her wait on us. With such great service, reasonable prices, and tasty cocktails, we won't wait so long to come back.

Red Robin Terrible Experience at Red Robin: Manager Confronted Us Over Wrong Order and Head Manager Made False Accusations

I recently visited the Red Robin located in the Victorville Mall and I usually have a great experience there, especially with the bartenders. However, on this particular visit, we had a rookie manager who got our order wrong not once, not twice, but three times! We were then "told" to leave by the manager who came out like a bull and confronted us. I have never been confronted like that before and I believe that the manager should be fired for their behavior.

The bartender even admitted that the manager got the order wrong, but the manager did not want to lose face and said they would do it one more time. It was not our fault that they could not get the order right. My son even wrote a bad review upon checkout because of the experience. I believe that a manager should not come out like a bull and confront a customer over a wrong order, especially if it was their fault. The second time the order was sent back, the bartender marked the ticket precisely the way we ordered it, but the rookie manager still got it wrong and insulted us in front of all the other guests. We did nothing wrong, the manager misread the ticket and admitted it, so why were we told to leave?

After this experience, I decided to visit another Red Robin located in Jess Ranch. However, we were quickly met by the head manager who escorted us out and claimed that I made a bartender "hysterically" cry. This was a complete lie as all the bartenders love me because we laugh and talk and I leave substantial tips. I believe that they made up this story to justify their position.

Then, we were told that we sent our orders back too often, which sounded like the same excuse the previous Red Robin used. Apparently, they got the review that my son wrote, but I do not know what he said. Before we even got a chance to sit down, we were escorted out like criminals by a manager I have never even seen or met before.

I respect the fact that the workers at Red Robin work hard and are underpaid, which is why I always tip very well. However, all of this happened because they cannot get the orders right. I spend a lot of money at Red Robin, but their menu stinks anyways. They do not even have a happy hour menu, but they just made one with pretzels and pickles (lol)!

If I could give Red Robin a zero, I would. How dare they blame me for their inability to serve their customers with respect and get the orders right!

Red Robin The store was closed!

On December 13, 2023 at noon, my husband Rodney and I drove about 20 miles to the Red Robin nearest to us to get a burger and some endless fries. The Red Robin was closed!

We were very disappointed.

Red Robin Fish and chips

Your fish in the fish and chips item was the best fish meal to enjoy. A long time ago you changed the fish to the square hard no taste fish without any notification of the change. I bought it unknowingly and have never bought it since. I should have returned it and ordered something else, however my favorite meal was the Fish and Chips.

The new fish tastes like cardboard and has absolutely no Cod Fish flavor.

I sure wish you would go back to the tasty Cod Fish you once had, so the Fish and Chips would be good again!

Red Robin customer service

on Sunday as my husband and I frequent Red Robin in Washington Pa. I experienced poor customer service... I was due for a refill on the fries in which my first order was not hot enough... ok I said I am not going to complain I will get a fresh order when the girl asked... 20 minutes later and still none... checking in the kitchen she said... really... this is probably the most common food on the menu at a burger place and the kitchen did not have any ready! Our server was more interested in the other tables than taking care of us... after we were completely done with our lunch she came over and again and said still checking! I had enough... this is poor service I told her... she was taken back when I told her that... it was her job to get to that kitchen and take care of why my fries were not ready after 20 minutes and who wants them when you are done with your meal... terrible service... such a lack of importance... very dissapointed... we usually have good service and always eat in the bar area and have server that is so nice and provides great service... if your kitchen is the problem it needs to be addressed along with the server and what her job is.

Red Robin Disrespectful Service and Raw Burger at Red Robin: A Disappointing Birthday Experience

I went to Red Robin and the lady who served me acted like I was a bum who couldn't afford their fancy burgers. She gave me a burger that was thrown away and said it was my free birthday burger. It was raw and not even cooked properly, and it wasn't even the burger I ordered. I don't think it's right for them to treat customers like that. They should be more respectful. To make matters worse, she told me that next time I come in, I have to pay $5 to get my free birthday burger. That's not fair. I think corporate should step in and stop them from treating people like this. It's not right.

Red Robin Great Service, Disappointing Food: A Review of Red Robin in Fenton, MO

Red Robin in Fenton, MO was a great experience for me and my party of seven. The staff was amazing, especially considering the challenges of Covid and staffing shortages. They were attentive and made our special occasion even more special.

However, the quality of the food was a bit of a letdown. Although it arrived quickly, it was cool and not even warm. This was disappointing because we were all looking forward to a hot and delicious meal. The taste was also lacking and didn't really excite our taste buds. Six of us ordered burgers, while one opted for grilled chicken.

Overall, I would recommend Red Robin for their exceptional service, but I hope they can improve the quality of their food. It's a shame to have such great service and a lackluster meal.

Red Robin Overpriced and Underwhelming: Our Experience at Red Robin

Me and my hubby went to Red Robin at the Georgia mall. We were both hungry so we ordered a chicken wrap sandwich and a hamburger. The waitress was nice and asked us what side we wanted with our meal. We said fries. I was feeling a bit thirsty so I asked for club soda. But when the drinks came, I got a glass of water instead and he got a Coke. I was a bit surprised when I saw that I was charged $3 for the water. We also got charged extra for the sides. We thought it came with the meal, but I guess we were wrong.

When we got the bill, we were shocked to see that it cost us $40 for a hamburger and a chicken wrap. We thought it was too expensive for what we got. The food was okay, but it wasn't worth the price. We could have gone to a different restaurant and gotten a better deal.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Red Robin. The food was okay, but the prices were too high. The service was good, but the extra charges were a bit annoying. If you're looking for a good meal at a reasonable price, I suggest going somewhere else.
