Arrived at mavis tire on glyn street in Fayetteville Georgia. On time a hour later I was told they only had three of the tires, they quoted me for a full set. I continued watching my vehicle on the rack, with the hood up. For a tire install and then they said I need a wheel alignment. They car drove straight on the way there. So I'm thinking new tires balanced and mounted. You need a wheel alignment, called my dad and he told me was the car pulling prior to coming to mavis tire. I replied no, it was just me and my mom I didn't realize that we where be preyed on because we knew nothing about cars. And then I told them three times count it, three times 123. To please keep my back rear tire, it was fairly new. They said ok, put it on the work order three times. They still threw it away. And the final straw was the price jump up 100 dollars. Again on the phone with my father. And it was reduced 75 dollars. I was quoted a price, got there the inventory was short. The price had increased a hundred more dollars. And they disregarded me and the instructions on the work sheet. I have been to mavis prior to this. It has always been little things. But what's next forget to tighten my lug nuts. Very dissatisfied and word of mouth is a killa

Mavis Discount Tire - flat tire
Had a flat tire Monday morning Oct 14th took my car into Mavis tire around 11:30 pm because my tires are under warranty. It took six and half hours for them to "fix" my flat tire. Something that should have taken at most an hour. I had to spend 40 bucks in Uber and lyft charges to get to an appointment at 3 because the guy at the counter said there was no way he could get to it by then. I had no choice but to leave it. I get in my car this morning to come to work and the same tire that it took them 6 and half hours to fix, flat as a pancake. I would like my Uber fees refunded to me and for Mavis to honor their warranty and provide me with a new tire. I can provide receipts for the Uber and lyft and you can verify with the store what time I dropped off the car and what time they said it would be ready "right at close"

THIS LOCATION HAS STOLEN MY PROPERTY... On April 26th I visted the Mavis Tire in Fayetteville GA on Glynn Street.. the purpose of my visit was to purchase two new tires and have tire sensors installed on my 2017 Chevy Suburban. To make a long story short, I arrived at the location with the factory rims and tires in the back of the suburban and four after market wheels and tires on the vehicle for a total of two sets. At the time we purchased the Suburban we also bought a new set of after market rims and tires which my wife liked better than the stock set. We put the stock set in storage not realizing the tire sensors were not transferred over to the after market set until later.
When I arrived at the location I purchased two new tires for the rear of the vehicle. I dropped the vehicle off so they could have time to transfer over the tire sensors and put on the new tires. I asked that they keep the best tire so I could have a spare and trash the other. I returned later that evening to pick up the vehicle and I was told that the sensors were swapped and the two new tires were installed. I was also told that they didnt have enough time to mount the factory tires and I was asked to come back the next day to pick up. I returned the next evening and the tires had not been mounted. I asked for the spare tire and it couldnt be found. I was taken to the back and I was shown the factory rims and tires sitting off to the side. I was asked to come back again the following day. I returned the next day same story and at this time I was dealing directly with the store manager Matt. Matt promised me that they would get the tires mounted and call me when they were ready. He said they were unable to find the spare tire and that he would order me a replacement. He even offered to have the factory set and spare delivered for the inconvenience. A few days passed and no call from Matt. A few days turned into a few weeks and still no word. I went back to the location a few weeks later and Matt apologized and promised he would get the problem resolved.. a few more weeks pasted and still no word from Matt. I went to the store for a 5th time just to be told "my bad, Im sorry Mr McCrary Ill male sure I take care of this tomorrow. Tomorrow came and went and no word. After a week or so I called and I was told the replacement tire was in and I could come and pick it up. I went to the store and Matt gave me a new 24" tire to replace the spare that was lost. Matt also admitted that the factory tires were now missing and that he would have to replace them... its been a few more months and the factory rims and tires have not been replaced...
I finally called Corporate to file a complaint and make them aware of what was taking place. After informing them of the situation I was promised that an area manager would contact me in 24hrs to have the issued resolved. Next day came and no call from area manager. Matt the store manager eventually called stating he got the corporate complaint and that he would be replacing the factory rims and tires because now the rims were missing also... Here we are a few weeks later and still nothing. This has been a 5 month ordeal at this point. Im done and Im going to go file a report with the Police.
