It's was about 9 pm on november 13 2022. Store on sugarloaf parkway. Lawrenceville ga. I was in the drive in lane was at the order box. The employee said it will be minute. But I was more like 10 minutes. There was 2 cars ahead of me. I had my girl friend and her two kids in my car they were sleep. I told my girlfriend in a low tone it does not any sense in the long wait just to order. All of sudden the employee started yelling at me in the oder box. That if don't want to wait I could leave. This caught me by surprise. The employee was listen to my private conversation with my girlfriend. If she heard what I said to my girlfriend. I did not know she was listen to are conversation. But apparently she was. I don't think that's legal. I told the employee I was going to come inside and speak to the manager. She informed me she was the manager. And said the doors were locked. And strated laughing at us. I viste this wendy's about 4 times a week. This is the first time I was yelled at and laughed at. She offended me and my girlfriend. Thank goodness the kids were asleep. Somebody from corporate needs to train the manger about self control of her anger. My family went home without our meal that night. Kids were disappointed when I said there was no kids meal. I would say the right and decent thing to do is give my family a voucher for the meal we were denied that night. And laughing at me because the car I drive it's not a new car it's a older car. 1994 biuck. That was very rude and mean.
Desired outcome: I belive my family should receive a voucher for the meal we were not able to order and food voucher for a week . Be cause I viste that location 4 times week . They kids love the happy meals
