My name is Candace Ruff. I am submitting a request about the paid membership fees that I paid on the behalf of my son, Shamar Sneed on March 5, 2020. At the time of purchasing the membership, everything was fully functioning, but the gym has been closed due to the coronavirus. I am requesting a refund for this month and wish to have his membership cancelled ongoing until this issue is resolved.
