On Thursday Feb 22 2024 at approximately 6:23 pm at store number 201 located in Stone mountain Ga I was shopping for merchandise for myself when I noticed a few employees in an unusual conversation in which caught my attention. The conversation at hand was about how they get over per the system. The culprits description is as follows a mid aged woman seem to be in her early 40s with dreads I believe she is the store manager. I come in often and normally this woman seems honest and well mannered which made me question what she meant by get over per the system. The dread head woman was in deep convo with a younger gentleman also an employee as well as another seem to be ex employees. I found that out because I interrupted the conversation by asking for assistance so I stated the other woman looks familiar and asked "were you a former employee here?" She replied yes I did not ask for a name however she quickly pointed me in the direction I needed to go and proceeded with her conversation with the dread head. I circle them a few times to be nosey and learned they have been plotting and executing theft within the company. Basically commiting inside jobs that's when the lightbulb clicked and now as a shopper I'm pissed because in retail I do know that inflation is accurate based upon if weather a store meets quota for inventory. I don't want to pay $19.99 for an item that may well be $14.99.
