Every time I go in harvey had to be right beside me. The minute I walk in he wants to know what I want. Je is very rude and tells me I can't return parts only get warranty even with warranty. He tells me I have to wait at the desk while they pull my parts I ordered in line over two hours prior. One time I asked what am I not allowed to look around he said o no you are. But got snappy with employee needed his help. I order most my stuff online and I feel very uncomfortable when this gentleman is right up my butt and rude. And never offers an other part if the one I want isn't available
Due to this not being my first complaint I feel I need to stop shopping at this company if they let employees treat customes like this
Advance Auto Parts - Battery
I purchased my battery from advance on 12-12-2011, on [protected] i had to have someone jump me off. So i took it to the store to be tested., The claimed it had to be charged up, and that it take 1-2 hours. I left my car there for them to charge The battery. To my dismay, on9-24-2014 i could not crank my car, had to jumped off again. I took it back to advance with the hope of having the Battery replaced. Well thr guy checked it and said it need charging again, but the battery is testing fine, therefore, we can not replace it whats the use of having warranty if it can't be used..
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
