So this Arlington Heights customer service location the employee named, Jonis totally racial, profiled me when I went and asked about doing Western Union first of all when I walked up for employees were sitting there, yelling gagging gossiping about other employees, and did not stop and acknowledge the fact that I’m standing there waiting to get service as they continue to proceed to communicate with amongst each other the telephone rings, and then Jonis decides to look at me roll, her eyes hang up the phone and ask in a cocky way how she can help me. As she asked me, how can I help you and I said I’m here to do a Western Union transaction she went and huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes out and says one minute in such a rudely manner. Mind you I am not a woman of color. I am white skinned just like her but yet she had an attitude because I wanted to do a Western Union transaction then proceeds to walk away and said she doesn’t wanna help me so another employee comes up with an attitude to try to help me with this Western Union transaction, and shortly as she starting to type in this information they again asked me what country are you from? Like that [censored]ing matters what country I’m from I was born in the United States. I’m an American citizen. Is that good enough for you and two seconds later or white girl walks up and here comes Jonas all giggly and smiley and all very nice and starts asking the white girl that’s next to me in a very professional manner how she can be assistance to her. This is the third time that this has happened to not only me but I’ve seen it also happened to a Mexican man that comes in there and an African-American man that plays the lottery scratch off tickets the [censored]ing attitude that these women give I’ve called and I sent completes. I’ve even sent certified letters to the jewel store manager for them to understand what this lady does and I have yet to hear a response. At all costs, I see that the stores need to have their staff retrain on how to perform great customer service because that is the department that they’re in and they don’t know how to do that. I don’t understand what it is with these white girls when they see someone that comes in that’s a little bit darker than them and they start off with an attitude. I’ve also seen her be so rude and disrespectful to the handicapped employees that work there which I’ve sat there and I told her off about that to. This jewel in Arlington Heights Illinois off of railroad needs to really greatly see the [censored] that goes on with the customer service managers or employees or thirds or seconds whatever the hell they are they need to really really understand that they have racist employees

After reading these horror story experiences of jewels customers, I truly feel great empathy for each and every one of you! I thought my experience was bad enough having a driver empty all 12 bags of my groceries on the lobby floor and when I told him I would report him and before leaving he said won't matter because I won't be able to shop at jewels ever again! Confident as he was, he couldn't be more correct! I was banned from deliveries shopping or calling the store every again! I did call and not one manager would speak to me and/or even put me on hold never to respond to hear me except the one called 'george' who cut me off to tell him what happened and hung up on me as was all others to whom I was transferred! The rudeness of managers and customer service/products/ missing in delivery and expired dates together with the shoppers who fill the orders for delivery and erroneous prices are enough to ire the heart of any human being! As a senior citizen I felt especially abused by a tug of war to take my bag from this entitled jerk that he held onto the bag and pulled me toward him and emptied the bag on the floor again. Just because he said and can do to tell me 'take it up yourself! Because he felt I should carry up myself is not what a delivery means! Jewels will be in for a rude awakening when grocery delivery orders are not from once were 'jewel customers or endangered to shop within the store! You can count on that jewels... Bullies entitled to treat those who pay their salaries are the [censored]s of the world we live in can abuse anyone they want to and get away with it is poison to businesses and we the customers will not be treated with such harm and disgrace wherein we once were treated with respect and appreciation! Shame on each and every one of you!
