My family of 5 was a regular weekly on Friday's and Saturday's. The unprofessional experience that took place on October 18, 2019, has caused my husband and I not have interest anymore. But my children has been disappointed by our decision. So we agreed to report the issue and not go when these two ladies are working. Why? did not
inform, that we have to pick up pizza at window and keep buzzer in pocket. After and hour went by I inquired about our bread sticks and pizza, both ladies informed me that they no longer bring food to table, you are to pick up food at the window once your buzzer goes off. They stated the pick up was announced over the intercom. Not True!
I asked for everything to be made over, because its now cold. I should have been informed at the time of purchase. The manager refuse to make over, called me a lair basically. by strongly implying she know her host told me, she's very good. She asked if I had my receipt. I asked for a refund she refused and walked away for 2.5hrs. I was away from my family fun time due to this disturbing matter. I lost my appetite from the situation very disappointed that's why I asked for a refund. Upon walking away from me, she said they don't give out refunds. I informed her I needed something in writing stating that.
