i called this morning at 9:30 and the lady at the service desk hung up on me 2 times after i asked her if i could talk to a manger about something that was regarding me ! i called back to ask her name and she called me out of my name and hung up , i did nothing wrong and was nothing but respectful and nice the whole conversation ! i think she was having a bad morning
Jewel-Osco - deli department
To whom it may concern,
I recently stopped at jewel around 745pm on Sunday evening. I went to the deli department and I believe the woman (her name is amber) gave me and my friend a hard time. I wasn't sure what her problem was in the first place but I assumed she might have been cleaning up for the evening and was annoyed we placed an order. She was rude to both of us. Being very snippy. I decided to make it a little easier for her so I asked if she had a honey ham open so she didn't have to open a new package of ham. I believe she gave me old ham because I made my 6 year olds lunch and he threw up violently at school. Please advise. If you have vindictive people serving food at your establishment because there wasn't a sign with deli hours and she decided to poison my family with bad product we have big problems. I still have the product in my home. My poor son was violently ill all day yesterday.
Terrible customer service. I've ordered grocery delivery 10-15 times from this store. Each time they ignore the delivery instructions of dropping off in my buildings Mail Room, and just throw the perishable groceries in my hallway. The last time I ordered, they didn't deliver over half of the groceries but still charged me for all of them. I used the online form to submit a refund request, which the online customer service team 'granted' but then I got an email saying $0 was the refund amount (?). I contacted customer service online AGAIN and they said that the individual store can turn down the refund request even if the online rep grants it, and I'd need to call the individual store. I called the individual store, and waited on hold for 5 minutes before I was hung up on. I'm now working with my credit card company to dispute the charges. It's crazy to spend thousands on groceries with this store only to be wrongfully charged, passed from 1 customer service team to another, and then hung up on. I want my money back, but I'll never get my time back.
