My elderly father went thru a drive thru to be told twice to wait, cars went around him without placing an order. He went to the window and was told again to wait he told the young lady why he had been waiting so long all he wanted was a frosty she answered him rudely and told him if he couldn't wait he can leave he got upset and told her this was unacceptable she told him that she would not service him. I understand being under staffed and all but to treat your customers like this to me is unacceptable. My dad doesn't deserve this type of treatment. And calling the restaurant pointless no one picks up.
Desired outcome: Owner to call me and resolve this
