Went in on august 10, 10 to print out some pictures. I dont usually go to this store but was close to this area and really wanted some pictures. I was there for a bout 45+ minutes selecting, editing and loading my order. I was trying to add some coupons for the prints, a CD, and some collage prints. I have always used coupons when photos are on sale and have never had a problem. This time the kiosk was not accepting ANY coupon so i just sent it through and then told the photo tech, SANDY, to manually add the coupons via the computer. I wasnt even able to finish my statement when she told me no because i could only use 1 coupons and that is why the kiosk wasnt taking them. I told her the machine was NOT taking even ONE coupon ad that had nothing to do with it. She stated that was a policy even though I told her I had done this in som nay other stores not only in their district but within the state. I was very upset ans canceled my order and left. I did not feel like speaking to manger at that time because I felt like I would lose it. I called back that evening to speak to a manger and he went on to say the same thing. He, STEVE, stated that "all the other stores are doing it the wrong way and they are then the only ones doing it t he right way". The way he said it made it seem like that was the end of it, he was not going to hear any more of it. I asked for district manger number and he said he didnt have it, which is ridiculous, EVERY store has a direct number to their district manager, I know that for a FACT! I called the 1800 number left a message with a person but to this date have heard nothing back. I will for sure never go back to this store or any other walgreens if this is the way they treat customers. I have even talked my parents into pulling their prescription scripts out of there.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
