I have a receipt from 11/10/21 which was denied a validation code because I had recently sent a survey in. The email message I received said only one survey per household per 14 days. This is not stated on your receipts. It only says the survey needs to be sent in within 7 days & expires in 30 days. There's nothing about limiting the number of surveys sent in per 14 days. SteaknShake is my favorite fast food restaurant. It has the best steakburgers & shakes. It also has the best service. The managers are awesome! They care about the service they give. I'm sorry this had to happen with the survey. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Susan Madsen
