I am complaining about losing my job and working at an hostile workplace

Dear Mr. Lucas,
Subject Line: Action Needed: Urgent
As of March 3, 2021, I was writing this letter because I was not getting any resolution with Store #31, General Manager, Kim Fowler and I'm reporting this claim so that I can get some help.
These are my issues:
• My hours were cut from 42, 24, to 4 hours a week due to discrimination
• As of March 2, 2021, I was not put on the schedule at all for the entire week
• I was working in a hostile work environment
• I did not feel safe or valued in my position
I have more documentation to present as proof that this was personal retaliation and discrimination. I would like to keep my position with Steak N' Shake, however, I was given the opportunity to transfer to a different store but the general manager and store manager would not allow me to transfer. Also, working at this new location it would be a better fit for me and because my mother is sick and I'm currently living with her. The downtown location would work best for me and put me closer to where I'm currently living.
I would like to ask that this matter be investigated and resolved so that I can either be put back on the schedule to work at a different store.
On March 4, after several attempts to contact someone, I received a text from Daniela the store manager who informed me that she could not provide me with my W2 and that I was no longer employed with Steak N Shake.
Lastly, on March 8 I received a call from the Steak N Shake complaint line from a young lady who I do not recall her name and she took a report but I have not heard back from her and it's been over two weeks.
Please investigate this store as there are a lot of issues that need to be addressed.

I went through your drive thru window on 2-18-21 around 1:00pm with my 86 year old mother. As I was trying to place her order by her being confused it was a little difficult. The person by the name of Lathenail Scott who was at the drive thru window who also took our order was so patience and understanding of my situation. He showed nothing but kindness not only to me but also to my elderly mother. I truly would like him to be recognized for his compassion and patience. We need more Mr. Scott in this world so that this world could be a better place to live.

Hello my name is Tyrone Curtis, I was hired at steak n shake in east Peoria around 3 weeks ago. I was supposed to been training when I started but no one was there to help me train. They would only show me a few steps everyday I worked. Sometimes I would go to work and they would let me go a hour in my shift. Monday September 21st, my manager (who is also my older brother)called me in saying there was a mandatory meeting . When I arrived I was the only one there and he fired me! He stated that it was because of my performance. While I had been working there had been no complaints of anything they had ever asked me to do. From customers to coworkers. I was told that the manager who fired me was only a shift manager and when I called to speak with the actual manager she stated " well if devante says your fired then you are fired". Could you please explain to me if this is the proper procedure to be let go, I'm just not understanding. I have never been in this predicament before!

I'm an Uber wars driver and I am being made to sit in line for drive thru to pick the Oder up. You need to come up with some way to address this. Twice it AHS taken me 30 min to get the order. I am trying to make money doing deliveries and it cst me money to sit in line and wait. on 2/4/2020, we went to Steak and Shake in Spring Hill, FL. The restaurant was admitteldy shorthanded and very busy. H owever the service we received was rather shoddy. After waiting a considerable timem to be seated, it was another wait before the waitress, Gina, came to ask about out order. We ordered the special, double steakburger, small milkshake, added a $1 order of fries, and a classic milkshake, Not large, not complicated. Gina eventually brought 2 glasses of water. Then quite some time later, she did say our order should be out soon. By this time we had been there 45 minutes with only 2 glasses of water to show for it. Eventually she did bring our the food. Just the food, no shakes, no silverware or napkins. They arrived later. In the meantime, 2 customers across from us who had been seated much later, had their food, their complete order the first time. We asked twice more for our shakes. as well as ketchup we had requested earlier. She finally brought one shake. I had to ask again for my shake.it did show up later. She was an extremely inefficient although apologetic waitress. The food was disappointing at best. Will we go back ? I doubt it.
