I live in Joliet, Illinois I ordered two Wendy’s chili a daves double and a fish sandwich Wendy’s at 104 N. Center St. my hosts was Celia my husband returned the order because there was a stapler in my chili a used stapler I felt something on the first bite sticking me in the roof of my mouth I coughed a couple times and was able to get it out only to discover a used stapler Celia was very rude and none of any help at all and did not want to give us a refund This is unacceptable. I’m now in pain and the roof of my mouth with a small hole in it from the puncture wound so Celia provided no type of help at all.
Desired outcome: An additional refund and something half off or free although there is nothing to compensate for the shock. I went through nor the pain to the small little puncture hole in the roof of my mouth.
