Hello, I had my worst experience ever at the Naperville Menards this evening. I went in to buy a water sealant for outdoor wood. I looked around and couldn't find what I wanted. I went over to the paint station, where I saw two young employees. I asked the young man if he knew where I would find the Thompson water sealant products. He didn't know, he may have been new. He then asked a female employee who walked over to the station. She didn't look at me, but told me to go wait on the other side of the station and wait until she was finished doing what she was doing. I asked again, can you just tell me where it is? She said no. I said why would you say no, and she didn't respond back. I told the young man if she was training him that what he just witnessed was terrible service and don't do what she just did. I said I will wonder the store looking for the Thompson water sealant again. I couldn't find it. I went to two other employees and asked for a manager. They asked me what department. I said the paint department. They described to me that they thought the woman I described was the manager of the paint department. I said wow, this store is in trouble! Rude, rude, rude! I will never go back. I asked one quick question where an item was and I couldn't get an answer from your employee. Terrible service at Menards! I left and bought my sealant from Ace Hardware! I wish you would look at the cameras at about 615-625 pm Central Time, August 25th. Also ask the employees who were working. That woman should be fired.
