Manager and employees were made aware that someone puked in the bathroom. I stepped in the puke pile on my way in to the bathroom. All of our food was cold including the cheese sauce we ordered on the side. When my boyfriend went to eat his other half of Frisch melt there was the tiniest piece of meat on it that we laughed. Employee sat at a table behind us and obviously wasn't busy. Server was unprofessional and her nails were disgusting. When she dropped drinks off she had her nasty hands all over the rim of our glass. Manager was on duty the whole time and the bathroom remained uncleaned you could smell it from outside the bathroom. Sat at the register for the cashier and our server still sat in a chair instead of letting us know where the cashier was. Cashier asked how everything was and I informed her and she did not do anything to make it right. Never ate inside a steak and shake and have to say my first experience was awful.
