I purchased a back windshield wiper for my Hyundai Veloster May 17 and the store did not call me to tell me it was there but just canceled my order and have not refunded me that. Their system makes it look like it's already been picked up but they didn't even call me to tell me it was available nor has it been picked up. My son went through my purse and tore up my receipt and now I have nothing to prove it except for a bank statement but they don't care. I will never do business with them again unless this gets resolved somehow.
Desired outcome: Refund or get item I purchased
