Horrible customer service. Monotone voice. With tone as if she was not happy to be working. I've had issues in the past with service at this store. I started going to the Carol Stream Jewel instead for groceries. That location has very friendly / happy employees.
Now I'll be switching to their Pharmacy as well.
She should not be working with the public with that tone.
Jewel-Osco - customer service desk/ lady
This is probably stupid but I went in to my local Jewel to swap out my Ipass and the lady asked if she could help me and I told her what I wanted to do, as the phone rang she picked up and was obviously on a personal call complaing how they scheduled her 7 to 3. As she get my new transponder while on the phone she just hands it to me with no furthur explanation. I would think she would have to scan the paper like it says to activate my transponder, maybe that will be done later and maybe not? I left frustrated and immediatly went home to call ipass to see if it needs to be activated and they said yes that she should have. I hope this is done This store has some of the crabiest and unfriendly employees. They really should pay attention to a customer when they are in front of their face, maybe after dealing with a customer they can go back in that box they are in and talk on the phone. I am frustated and it takes a lot for me to complain but this struck me as rude and unproffesional.
