Upon entering cosmo prof in the morning of 1/13 me and my daughter starting walking towards the hair dye section and the manager had asked us if we had masks. We said, "No thank you, we're okay". Upon hearing this, associate Tina proceeds to start yelling at us and telling us we need to stand outside to receive service. Then she continues yelling at us in a very angry tone saying she has had covid 3 times already and will NOT be getting covid again. She kept going on about this when the other associate or manager next to her puts her hand out and tries to calm her down. Me and my daughter take every pro caution necessary against Covid-19 and we WERE going to put our masks on if it hadn't been for her angry outburst. Both me and my daughter have worked in retail and know this is absolutely NOT how you talk to customers under any circumstances. She was very unprofessional and rude, especially considering the fact that I am a licensed loyal customer and have been shopping here for YEARS and I have never had any issues before. Because of this discriminatory experience, I will take my business elsewhere and be relaying this information to my other hair stylists in the area who also shop here.
Desired outcome: For this situation to be addressed with the associate Tina, and not to be discriminated against when I enter your store.
