On Sunday, 7/30/2023, I visited the Bristol, VA store for my weekly supplies. Upon entry into the store I could hear a loud voice in the back, talking very unprofessional about the store manager I proceeded through the front of the store, to be approached by a staff person with the badge "Patty" on (the voice from the back), telling me that "this store sucks, so you should probably shop somewhere else". I politely smiled, telling her I only needed a few items and I would be on my way. As I selected my items, she continued to follow me throughout the store, only wanting to talk about how bad she hates her job (even though she said she only works on Wednesday and Sunday each week) and everybody she works with. While I'm sorry that she is unhappy with her job, I'm sorrier that I had to experience that bc I love that store, and until "patty", I loved everybody in there. I can't say that I'll revisit that store, and if I do it definitely won't be on the days she works.

Was greeted at the Bristol, VA. Store and screamed at to wear a mask, I was wearing a mask and had pulled it down to breathe. Pulled it down to breathe with no one close to me. This is experience was humiliating and embarrassing, because there were customers in the store. The store said 5 customers allowed and 4 people were working. If your store is limiting guest then cut staff... not customers! Educate your staff on customer service! This is the 3 rd and last time I will be embarrassed in that store.
