This is a general statement of the poor experience(s) I have had with this company. I make purchases for myself and a few of my family and friends only. After recently finding out that one of the two stores within a reasonable distance from my home has closed permanently, I now have one store to shop at. Without fail, every time I go there, they do not have the products I need on the shelf. I am constantly having to switch my hair color to something different because they either have one or no bottles on the shelf, leaving my hair in a hit-or-miss state as to whether I will get my color right or not. If that isn't bad enough, I have tried to order online several times and most of the products I need are not able to be shipped to store and I am forced to either choose something else or pay ridiculously excessive shipping costs for 2-4 bottles of hair color which often amounts to the cost of the products themselves. If the store has space for the products on their shelves and they purport to sell it, they need to HAVE IT ON THE SHELF. And if they can't handle that, they need to be able to order it for you but they can't do that either. The products I need are all sold on Amazon and I don't even need my license for it. I will NOT be ordering from cosmo prof again and going through this ridiculousness.

Desired outcome: Clearly would desire better organization and for the products I wanted to have been on the shelf and not be told there's nothing they can do.
