Visited IHOP located Clarksville Indiana on Sunday June 27, 2021 around 1205 pm noon. First incident, while siting in lobby waiting and number of other customer (seniors) present, I believe is the restaurant manager got into a very loud, yelling, threating confrontation at the lobby where all the customers (mostly senior folks) was very scare and I had my hand on my sidearm ready to draw that's how serious it was, the other individual I believe was the food delivery guy he finally left by slamming the exit door lucky it didn't break. I wish I had my cam on it would been a nice viewing on YOUTUBE. Than second, my wife and I sat at the table for 1 hours 42 min. before we got our food, while waiting I seen 3 couples got up and left than add fuel to fire I observed folks came in after we did got their food first and here is the grant finale the fu*king food is cool, I was ready to loose it when my wife told me to sit down, so that was luck on your part, thank you for allowing us forcing the cold food down our throat because my wife didn't want to make scene. I just can't believe that situation actually exist in restaurant, man did you prove me wrong, what ever the hell is going on there, you folks better look into it before it get out of hand, because that was no MANAGER IN ACTION, an IDIOT in action maybe. PS I think there's no need to mention the attitudes of the servers I think enough is said
