I filed a complaint about the bridgeport, wv ihop custoer service. Server refused to let me speak to the manager because she was too busy. I filed a complaint with guess relations on monday july 8, 2024 and was told soeone would get back to me within 72 hours claim #3416010. Today july 12, 2024 i called back and was told someone would get back to me today before close of business. My close of business is 4 pm. I called back at about 3:30 pm and the man told me that they had till 6 pm to call. I asked for the regional managers number to call and he refused to let me have it. I explained i didn't want his personal cell number but his corporate number. He still refused and said that i would have to wait till monday for the next step. I questioned what that was and he stated that he couldn't tell me. This is terrible customer service.
Desired outcome: TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT WHY IHOP WILL NOT LET YOU TALK TO THEIR MANAGERS.
